SERVICE - 7/11/2010

Just wanted to say I really enjoyed tools of the carpenter this morning. I really needed that service and was so proud to see how full the house was. We had one rededicate their life this morning. That makes one saved and one rededicated in one week. What a great week?

I enjoyed the singing as well. I felt that the singing and the message on Freedom made for a wonderful Sunday service! It was also a blessing for me to hear about the history of the church. For someone who hasn't been attending the church very long it is hard to believe when looking around that Mt. Olive stood at 7 members. It is a testament in itself of the work that has taken place to persevere and continue doing the work of the Lord.

I agree Scott, I am always amazed when I think back to the days that I could first remember, when youth was about 15 to 20 max, and about 46 regular attenders. I think back to the first bible school days, when we were pushing 50 to 75. Now, we can see how God has blessed, my prayer is to look back and be motivated to say Lord, where could we be in a year or two if we stay in your will and work like we should.
