Freedom for you (John 8 v 30 – 36)

Introduction:

 

Background: Great discussion on freedom

Pharisees tried to trip him up

He responds with two great scriptures.

 

I. We all have chains – What do I need to be free from?

A. Pharisees respond –

B. Jesus gives the answer -

C. By nature – we are servants of sin.

II. How can we be set free?

A. Jesus can set us free, he has paid the price

B. He has the authority as the Son.

A. Abide in the Word

B. Abide in the Relationship
